Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays, cancellations, or additional charges. For corrections before dispatch, customers may contact support via email.
Damage Protocol
In case of damaged shipments, customers must take photos of the outer packaging and product and report the issue within 48 hours. Resolutions may include replacements or other remedies after verification.
COD Policy
COD is available for select pin codes. Refusal of COD orders may result in blocking COD services for future orders. Misuse may lead to account restrictions.
Force Majeure
